Come and join us at the “Brendon Bright is RUNNING for Sheriff FUN Walk/Run” on Saturday, June 21st at the Rossville Town Park. The cost is $25 and includes a t-shirt. You must be signed up by June 6th to be guaranteed a shirt. After that, it will be while supplies last.
We will be coming together that morning to show support for Brendon’s campaign while combining fitness and fellowship. Packet pick-up will be on Friday, June 20th from 5-6pm and Saturday, June 21st from 8-8:30am at the Rossville Town Park Shelter. There will be a Group Picture in the race shirts at 9 am, and the event will start immediately afterwards.
The race will be set up as a fun walk or run. NO timing will be used at this event, and you will choose your distance (IT’S ALL FOR FUN!). We will have 4 distance options that day-1/2 mile, 1 mile, 2 mile, or 3 mile turnaround points so all levels of fitness are welcome to participate.
We are asking people to please bring dog or cat food to be donated to the Clinton County Humane Society. Their choice is “Purina One” if possible, but any brand is appreciated. We will also have “Barking for Bright” dog bandanas available for purchase for them to show their support.
